Rinse and dice the bell pepper and tomatoes into a bowl. Peel and finely chop the red onion into small cubes and add to the mix. Grate the zest of the washed lime and squeeze the juice into the bowl as well. Season with salt, sugar, black pepper, chili powder, and oil.

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

Heat a frying pan and add oil. Add the chicken and fry, turning, for about 4–5 minutes.

Add the garlic to the pan and continue frying for a moment. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and curry powder. Transfer the fried chicken to a separate bowl to cool.

Rinse and tear the lettuce. Heat the tortillas according to the package instructions.
