Rinse and slice the potatoes onto the baking sheet. Season with salt, black pepper, and oil. Grate the zest of the washed half lemon over the potatoes and squeeze in the juice as well. Place the potatoes in the oven and roast for about 25 minutes.

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Shred the cabbage. Peel or thoroughly wash the apples and dice them.

Heat a pot with butter. Add the garlic, cabbage, and apples to the pot. Sauté, stirring, for about 3–4 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Pour in the cooking cream, rinse the carton with water, and add the water as well. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5–8 minutes.

If needed, remove any membrane from the pork and cut it into steaks about 1–1.5 cm thick. Gently flatten the steaks slightly. Season with salt and black pepper.
